Fifth Beck-Trek

On a beautifully warm Sunday of 20°C, but with a wicked wind and my 27^th birthday we grabbed one quick micro cache by our house. On the way home from returning half a years worth of bottles, we parked by Ellerslie Gift and Garden. We walked to the middle of the overpass that overlooks the QE2. Within minutes, Colin’s geo-senses kicked in and he found the film canister magnetized to the side of the bridge railing that overlooks the highway.

Using the pillar to block the wind, we signed the guest list page. We’re the first people who have discovered this cache in 2009. The only trinket in the container was a tiny Canada pin. It was our fastest geocaching jaunt yet, but a fun one.
