Zurich Geocaching

The first 3 geocaches that we found in Zürich were nice and easy micros and that were quick to grab. The first one BlackBox Micro Paradeplatz Zürich by the central train station was hidden under a sign so you can easily pretend to look at the map while you grab the cache. We saw another group of 3 people looking for this cache at the same time as us. This is the second time we have seen other people geocaching at the same time as us.
Our second and third caches were near Lake Zurichsee. The first one Zürich-Bellevue was under a set of stairs near the Lake and the second one Baywatch Zürich was near one of the telescopic viewing stations. However, we forgot to take a picture of it.
South of Zürich we found Bonstetter Waldweiher with two new friends who are friends with
our friends in Edmonton. They have also geocached before and found this cache before. It's
a unique cache because it's up high in the trees in a birdhouse! You use a pulley to retrieve the cache which is in a waterproof pouch. We left a K-9 travel bug and picked up an Ontario geocoin that we'll bring to Italy with us. The walk to the cache is also beautiful.
