Beer Belly

Okay, I know it's Canada, so that is my excuse for already consuming two Sleeman Honey Browns. This beer is liquid candy.

Over the past few weeks, I've also had the following beers: Guinness, AlleyKat Aprikat and Raspberry mead, a strawberry Belgian beer-Fruli and Kokanee which I don't really like. Guinness is definitely a meal in itself, but it tasted great. However, each time I took a sip I could not inhale because it smelled putrid. I kept thinking what is that smell while I was drinking it and then I realized it was the beer that smelled. I've always enjoyed Alleykat even before I started drinking beer. The Belgian beer I tired was very fruity and sweet, but good. Kokanee just leaves to much of an aftertaste for my liking.

I think I've tried enough beers now. Oh except for Canadian because it's a must of course. I know Colin will buy some for me to try before we go. :-] Also, maybe Big Rock Lime since it's the new latest lime beer that is sold out around Edmonton right now (just like Bud Lime). However, I think I should lay off the beer for a while since I seem to be developing a bit of a beer belly already. Beer can also make you a quite bloated on a summer day too.

22 more days until the trip!
