• • Proactively introducing non-sequential circles should come after sequential circles have been established. Students should be familiar with the circle process prior to being able to move the conversation to anyone in the circle. 

• • Responsively introducing non-sequential circles requires the background in understanding the platform. Students should be introduced to this wrinkle when there is not a conflict and all students are regulated.
