Using accountability partners...
Provides a source of support when challenges arise
Gives a pathway for honest feedback and candor
Connects and grows limitations and leverages strengths
Overview
Using accountability partners may look like identifying students that would benefit from a relationship that offers honest feedback and will keep them on track for a specific set of goals.
Once identified, the mutual partners agree on the goals they want to hold each other accountable for and how they want to receive that feedback.
The logistics of meeting are determined and the feedback is provided during a set time and place in the way that each student feels comfortable.
