True belonging is the spirtual practice of believing in and belonging to yourself so deeply that you can share your most authentic self with the world and find sacredness in both being a part of something and standing alone in the wilderness. True belonging doesn't require you to change who you are; it requires you to be who you are.

Belonging is a practice that requires us to be vulnerable, get uncomfortable, and learn how to be bpresent with people without sacrificing who we are.
Our sense of belonging can never be greater than our level of self-acceptance.
We want to be a part of something to experience real connection with others but not at the cost of their authenticity, freedom, or power.
Our yearning for belonging is so hardwired that we often try to acquire it by any means possible, including trying to fit in and hustling for approval and acceptance.
