Video Dongles

Introduction

Here are some video dongle devices I have used. See also: Video Dongle Settings, Cables.

Instructions

Change Wi-Fi network: unplug Chromecast from TV and press the small button on Chromecast to reset.

Android: install Home app (12/2019).

Computer: on Google Chrome browser, select "Cast" from menu. The current tab will be casted.

Information

Description: HDMI dongle device (video and sound).

Connectivity: HDMI, Wi-Fi.

Problem: video lag, video quality.

Problem: I can't see the whole computer screen on TV, only current tab.

~~Problem: no visible mouse icon~~.
