Operating System Requirements
Introduction
Here are some approximate (minimum and/or recommended) system requirements for operating systems (OS) for my own use. Each operating system is listed in chronological order (for example Windows 3, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and so on). If an OS works fine with my computer I'm mentioning the computer and a short description. I can use these notes for example in the situation when I want to consider installing some other or additional (usually Linux) operating system to the same computer. I can also easily compare system requirements between operating systems using the same page instead of opening multiple web pages and without searching for the same info again. Fedora Desktop Edition 13, 14
