- Apache Flex should work with IntelliJ IDEA, FlashDevelop, FDT plugin, Flash Builder

- FlashDevelop: works only in Windows and .NET, but it works

- IntelliJ IDEA: problems with Windows 64-bit

- FDT plugin (trial version) for Eclipse (free and commercial version)

- Flash Builder: Adobe's own software

- JetBrains AppCode: IDE for Apple's Objective-C

- Java NetBeans JavaFX: Java IDE

- Lazarus ja EditRocket: pure programming IDEs

- HTML5: markup language

- WebGL: JavaScript API for rendering interactive 3D/2D graphics without the use of browser plug-ins

- Toon Boom Animation: mainly for animations, but maybe also for e-learning programs

Squeak/Smalltalk

- wxSqueak: I can't find a working copy for this (info)

- eToys: only local execution, no export (info)
