Browser Settings

Introduction

Here are some of my web browser preferences. These settings are not absolute, which means I may change them depending on what I'm currently doing with my computer and what kind of system I'm using. Some settings are for CPU, memory, stability, networking and display optimization (networking: no videos with mobile 3G connection) with slow computers with small displays (laptops: no unnecessary buttons and toolbars in web browsers), some are for security reasons (don't save passwords in browsers, show status bar in browsers so I know which website I'm going to visit, don't allow redirects in browsers) and some are simply reminding me the correct settings.
