[58]-31 (image 356) - Court 19 May 1714 - In the Action of Tresspass upon the Case between John Doby Plt & Richd Womeck deft, the Deft appeared & the Plt moving for Special Baile Robert Rogers in court undertakes to pay the Condemnation of the Court in this Cause in Case the deft should be Cast or to deliver the body of the deft to Prison Whereupon the deft at his motion has an Imparlance granted him to next court.
[63]-36 (image 359)- Court 16 June 1714 - o. In the Action of the Case between John Dobly Plt & Richard Womeck Deft Twenty Pounds Sterling Damage as is set forth in the Plts. Declaration an Imp being granted last Court and the deft not Appearing now Judgement by Nihil is therefore granted to the Plt for the Sume Sued for & Costs Returnable to the Court as Usual.

[68]-41 (image 361) - Court 18 Aug 1714 - In the Action of Tresspass upon the Case between John Dolby Plt and Richard Womeck Deft for Twenty Pounds Sterling as is set forth in the Plts Declaration the Defendt by his Attorney having Plead not Guily & Tryall put himself upon the Country and the Plt likewise a Jury was Impannelled and Sworn to try the matter in Issue by Name: Warren Thomas, David Andrews, Richard Lewis, Thomas Crews, Allen Warren, William Foster, Thomas Warren, Samuel Judkin, William Edmunds, John Battle, John Atkisson & Josiah Barker, who having heard ye Evidence & Received in their Charge Withdrew and soon after Returning into Country brought in their Verdict in these Words We find for the deft. William Thomas Foreman which Verdict at ye motion of ye Defts Atty is admitted to Record & tis Ordered that this Suit be dismt & that the Plt pay Costs als Exo.

[abstracts] - Also, Robert Onion, same case, plt to pay him 180 # tobo for 3 days attendance and 105 # tobo for travelling 35 miles. Also, William Whittymore, same case, plt to pay him 120 # tobo for 2 days attendance and 90 # tobo for travelling 30 miles. Also, Thomas Avent, same case, plt to pay him 2 days attendance. Also, Will Vincent, same case, plt to pay him for 3 days attendance.
