In the name of god amen

I Richard Stubblefield senr of the County of Rocking[ham]

and state of north Carolina Being sick in body but of

a perfect mind and memory Blessed be god do th[is]

28th day of April In the year of our Lord Chr[ist]

Eighteen hundred and two do make and Publish this

my Last Will and testament in manner following

Viz Item First I desire my negro woman Lyday[?]

and negro boy pleasant to be Equally Divided Betw[een]

my sons Richd Carter Jeremiah and Robert Stubblefi[eld]

secondly my will is suckey and nanncy [?] Stubblefield

Daughters of Nathan Stubblefield Decst shall have

thirty Dollars apeace out of the price of the negroes

thirdly my will is that my son Robert shall have a Cow

and Calf and feather Bed and furniture --

Fourthly my will is my son Carter shall hav[?]

hav [sic] a feather Bed and furniture and the Balance of

the stock as for Theodrick Nancy Bethel and

Lucy Harris and Elizabeth Mitchell has Received the[ir]

Part of the Estate Fifthly and Lastly I ordain an[d]

appoint my son[s] Richd and Carter Stubblefield

Executors of this my Last will and testament in witn[ess]

whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
