There was a Warnock family in Copiah Co, consisting of Charles Warnock, Charles Warnock Jr, etc. This was not a Womack family, but the clerks and tax list takers often confused Warnock and Womack.
The first Womack family in Copiah Co was John Womack/Warmack, and his sons Joel Sherrard Warmack and Benjamin Warmack. This line here.
Most of the Womacks in Copiah were the family of David Womack and his wife Mildred Pryor.
