In another section, he gives to "my Grandson John Wommack son of my daughter Elenor Wommack d'd [deceased]" female slave Cloe.

In the name of God Amen. I John Wormack Senr, of Chatham County & state of North Carolina being in sound and perfect mind and memory Blessed be God do make publish and ordain this my last Will and testament this twenty ninth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirteen in manner as follows:
First I give and bequeath unto my son Rore Wormack the tract of Land where I now live containing two hundred and eighty six acres, also fifty acres on the river concluding the mill, also one negro man by the name of Ned.
Item. I give unto my son William Allen, who generally goes by the name of William Womack, one negro man by the Name of Sam.
Item. I lend Susanah Allen her life all the stock of horses cows & hogs and all the House Hold & kitchen furniture and plantation utensils with the crops that is now growing and after her death to be equally divided between Robert William and Elizabeth Allen.
Item. I give unto my James Wormack five shillings to be raised out of my estate.
Item. I give unto my John Wormack five shillings to be raised out of my estate.
Item. I give unto my Dauter Patsey Parham five shillings to be raised out of my Estate.
Item. I give unto my Dauter Nancy Battle five shillings to be raised out of my Estate.
I do also ordain and appoint Rore Wormack and William Allen my Executors to this my Last Will and Testament, signed and ordained & published by the said John Wormack to be his Last will and testament in the presents of us the year and date above written.

14 Feb 1814. The last Will and Testament of John Womack dec'd was duly exhibited in open court and proved by the oath of Parish Cross a witness thereto whereupon William Allen one of the Executors therein named came into Court and was duly qualified. Rorie Womack the other Executor therein named refused.
