DB 3:89 - Deed, 13 June 1761, William Wommack Jr of Brunswick Co to Joseph Reese Jr of Southampton Co, for 50 pounds, a tract containing 150 acres, granted to said William Wommack Jr by patented dated 5 Mar 1747, in Southampton Co on north side of Meherin River, beginning at a small black oak Edward Lundy's corner, then with Lundy's line S70W 40 poles to a lightwood post a corner of Wm Wommack Sr's land, then with sd William Wommack Sr's line N50W 64 poles to a red oak & N50W 40 poles to a white oak stump a corner of John Nanny's land, thence with sd Nanny's line N40E 56 poles to a white oak and N 44 poles to a hickory in the county line between Southampton & Sussex, thence with the county line N60E 48 poles to a pine Col Richd Bland's land, thence with Bland's line SE 60 poles to a Spanish oak sapling & S38E 92 poles to a red oak Edward Lundy's corner, thence with sd Lundy's line S70W 80 poles to a hickory & S5W 40 poles to the beginning.
