Wit: James Cathey, John Williams. Proved March 1810.

Smith Co, TN DB D:128 (Image 597). 30 Apr 1812, George Matlock Sheriff of Smith Co, TN to William Watts and Catherine Wamack of Smith Co, TN by a Writt of Fieria Facias issued by Smith Co Court at Sep 1811 session commanding said Sheriff that of the goods & chattels lands & tenements of the heirs of Edward Donoho deceased he cause to be made $22.11 the heirs liable for expenses in making partion of land containing 100 acres among the heirs. Goose Creek, Patrick Donoho's corner. Heirs sold land to highest bidder Francis Donoho for $25.50 on 15 Feb 1812 in town of Carthage. Sheriff conveys land to William Watts and Catharine Wamack. Proved June 1812.

Smith Co, TN DB H:455 (Image 236). 3 Oct 1823, Catharine Warmack wife of Richard Warmack deceased, Brice Hammock & Gincy Hammock his wife, Enoch Goodman & Polly Goodman his wife, Richard Warmack, the lawful heirs of Richard Warmack deceased to William Watts of Smith Co, TN for $200, 50 acres on the main East Fork of Goose Creek, part of a large tract granted to Thomas Donoho and by him conveyed to Patrick Donoho and by him to Frederick Michael [sic] and by him to Richard Warmack. Wit: Francis Luckett, Hartwell Anglea, William Watts. Signed Catharin (her + mark) Warmack, Brice W Hammock, Enoch Goodman, Richard Warmack. Proved May 1824.  Note that Court Minute Book 11:61 (1824-1826, image 39) shows the deed proved by witnesses Hartwell Anglea and Wesley Watts.
