Note: John Womack moved his family from Henrico Co to Charles City Co in 1692. This was the part of Charles City Co south of the James River which became Prince George Co in 1704.

RB 1692-1700:155 (img 8) John Farley Sr of Apamatatock in Henrico Co, for love & affection to son John Farley gives half of land at Blackwater in Charles City Co, purchased of Hercules Flood, 75a MOL, being the lower part. Signed 20 Nov 1692, John Farley. Wit: Nich: Dison, Margaret Dison (signed with I), Nich: Dison Jr (signed with H). Acknowledged in Charles City Court 5 June 1693 by John Farley, and wife of Farley [not named] relinquished dower. Test James Minge.
RB 1692-1700:155-6 (img 8-9) John Farley Sr of Bristol Parish in Henrico Co, an exchange of land with John Womeck of Henrico Co, 100 acres given him by Richard Womeck his brother and conveyed to me by said John Womeck, land on Blackwater in Charles City Co, 75a marked out from land I gave my son John Farley, John Farley and Mary his wife promise to make acknowledgement of deed and release of dower. Signed 4 Oct 1692. Wit: Thomas Gayton, Wm Walthall, Nich: Dison. Acknowledged in Charles City Court 5 June 1693 by John Farley, and Mary his wife relinquished dower. Test James Minge, clerk.
RB 1692-1700:402-3 (img 213-4) 3 Mar 1699, William Jones of Charles City Co and Elizabeth his wife to John Womeck of Charles City Co, for 15#, parcel of land granted by Patent dated 8 Apr 1674 to said William Jones, 470a, out of which is reserved 100a next to Hercules Flood and others, 370a to said John Womeck. RB 1692-1700:455-7 (img 265-7) 3 Aug 1696, John Farley Jr of Charles City Co and Westopher Parish to John Hardiman of same county & parish, for 18#, 75a on Blackwater, purchased by John Farley Sr of Hercules Flood and made over to his son John, the whole purchase from Flood being 150a, and said Farley made over to John Womack one half, being the upper part, and the other part to said son John Farle. divided by said Womack and Farle with "with the assistance of Herk Flood Will:m Jones & Henry Jones", consent of wife Elizabeth Farle. Signed 5 Oct 1696, John Farley (I F his mark). Wit: Mary Kennon, Elizabeth Kennon. At Charles City Court at Westover 5 Oct 1696, acknowledged by John Farley, and Eliza: his wife relinquished dower.
