Long Distance Shooting Matches at Ft.Greely been canceled

Here is the bad news and the good news, about Ft Greely. No matches this year, but they are now working on it, so next year will looks better than for a few years ago.
Ft Greely Range Control announce today the Colorado KD Range is closed for reconstruction. They have already pulled up the target carriers and are hoping to get the ground prepped and the concrete poured before winter. Next spring they will build a semi-heated building to enclose the pits. Let's hope they finish by June.
