COVID 19 Advice
Students and staff should stay home when sick. Students, staff and visitors should only attend school when feeling well and symptom-free. Follow NSW Health advice on Testing and what to do if you have COVID-19
Parents and carers of children with persistent or ongoing COVID-19 symptom should discuss these with their local health care professional. These symptoms may be related to other illnesses (such as allergies or hay fever) and benefit from treatment and management by a doctor.
From the start of 2024, rapid antigen tests (RAT) are no longer available free of charge to schools. NSW Health recommend Testing for COVID-19 if you have symptoms and are at higher risk of serious illness.

From the 28-31 May I competed in the PSSA state basketball championship for Riverina.
The first game the team played we were still getting used to each other but managed to only lose to the champions from last year by a point. By the second game we were put into pool B. We won most of those games and lost to the green team twice in the grand final for 9th or 10th place. While we were there they were holding the Olympics unleashed program and we got to meet Natalie Burton.

When I went to Riverina Choral Camp I was very nervous because I didn't know anyone who was going. When we got to the Rules Club I went into my class. I was a soprano which means I am a high voice singer.
On the first night we had the talent quest. I was going to do sign language for Under the Southern Skies. The judges were looking for the best acts to put into the conceerts. It was very scary but I did it and I was so happy.
Our night activity was Zumba which is D\dancing. We went to the hotel on the other side of the Rules Club.
On the second day we sang the songs Funga Alafia, Skye Boat, Cotton Picking, Here comes the Sun, You will be Found and of course, a Tayla Swift classic Mean!
On the third day we rehearsed all the songs and on Wednesday we did circus skills. I loved juggling!!!
On the fourth day, we went to some of the schools and performed. There were three that we went to. It was a lot of fun. When we got back we watched The Greatest Showman. It was very cool. We got to go down to the vending machine and buy lollies and soft drinks.
On Friday, which was the last day, we did a big performance for our parents and then we went home. We were all very tired but it was still lots of fun.
On the 31 May some kids went to the yacht club in Yarrawonga to do Finley zone cross country. Everyone waited on the mat till it was their race. When it was their race we cheered them on. We also got a lunch order too.
Good job to everyone, thank you.
