Yarma (Welcome)
Today brings another school year to an end. Once again, the year was not what we were expecting, with many changes being to what we normally do. I am unsure what the new school year will look like, but I will share the information as soon as I receive it.
This week we farewelled Miss Annie Martin. Miss Martin spent a short time with us working in the clasroom as a SLSO. She will begin her teaching training in 2022.
Next year we welcome two new staff members. Miss Venita Bacchetto will be teaching Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays s each week. Mrs Joanne Taylor will join us as an SLSO.
Students in Years 1-6 return to school on Tuesday 1 February. Kinder students commence school on Monday 7 February.
I would like to wish all families a very Merry Christmas. Stay safe and enjoy the Christmas break with your loved ones.
Moodamoot (farewell)
Regards
Gayle Pinn
Principal
This term in Visual Arts we have been creating digital artwork using Google Drawing and Canva. Nungara students studied Australian artist Pete Cromer and created their own contemporary native animal posters.
