Future Jarmbies Transition Program

Please see further information in this newsletter. Please note that children MUST be enrolled to participate in the program. Enrolment forms are available here https://mulwala-p.schools.nsw.gov.au/about-our-school/enrolment.html
Covid Guidelines
Schools in regional NSW are operating at Level 3 COVID-19 restrictions which are determined by NSW Health. The guidelines can be viewed here.
Please note the following
All staff and students may continue attending school to work and learn.
Parents are not permitted on site.
Parents are asked to physically distance themselves when dropping off and picking up their child.
It is strongly recommeded that students wear face masks when indoors.
Students should not attend school if unwell, even with mild symptoms of COVID-19. Any person with any COVID-19 symptoms should be sent home and should not return until they have received a negative test result and are symptom-free. In circumstances where children have other medical reasons for recurrent symptoms a letter from their GP is sufficient to negate the requirement for a negative test.
Overnight excursions are not permitted
Community events are not permitted in school hours

The students will celebrate Book Week on Thursday 26 August. They will participate in activities involving the Children’s Book Council short-listed books. They are also invited to dress up as their favourite book character.
Due to COVID restrictions it has been decided that this year our Book Fair will be run a little differently.
In the coming days each student will be bringing home the latest Book Club. We ask that you consider making a selection from the Book Club this year in lieu of our regular Book Fair. Our school will receive a percentage of all money spent on books that are ordered. This money is then used to purchase new books for our Library.
