Uncle Freddie
It is with sadness that we learnt of the death of Uncle Freddie Dowling recently. Uncle Freddie has been very generous over many years in sharing his stories, history, culture and language of the Bpangerang people. Mulwala Public School has made a commitment to continue to share this knowledge within the school and wider community.
Active Citizens
Mulwala Public School promotes the students being active citizens. At assemblies, we acknowledge the students who have been involved in the community. Please remind your child to tell a teacher if they have been involved in a sporting competition or other community event so they can be recognised, or you could send a message to a teacher. Activities could include- swimming carnivals, horse shows, martial arts achievement, dance competitions, basketball competitions,
Colour Fun Run
The school is organising a Colour Fun Run which will be held on Friday 19 March. All monies raised will go towards funding the cost of buses for excursions. Students are invited to wear a white t-shirt to school for the event. Thank you to everyone who is supporting this fundraising event. Students can log cash donations on their online profile to keep track of their donations. Currently, we have raised approximately $3000

We have a number of students who miss fitness/sport activities because they do not have a hat at school. Please ensure your child has their hat in their bag every day.
P&C AGM
The Mulwala Public School P&C have raised significant funds over the years to support the learning and opportunities of all students. This has included payment of buses for excursions, Reading by the Lake and new interactive panels in the classrooms. Please consider joining the P&C to assist in supporting the students.
