Creator of Team Fortress, one of the most famous class-shooting game ever.
He and his team (John Cook and Ian Caughley) worked on the extremely popular game Doom. He co-wrote the game and created Team Fortress.
He joined Valve in 2003 and worked in Team Fortress 2, released in the end of 2007.

Inspired by the drawings of marketing, advertises and sports drawings from the end of century 19 and beggining of century 20, Team Fortress 2 has a very fun design, mixing violence with cartoon. The class based system balance the game (Valve worked extremely in it). The game became a very interesting and fun game to play.
Team Fortress's community is well known for being one of the most active and influential, Valve shows (acording to the posts on the TF2 blog) to admire and accept many times fans contribution.
