Game Design Elements

like many other fixed shooters you are confined to the bottom of the screen and are only allowed to have one bullet on the screen at a time. but unlike other games you have slightly more movement in that you can move any ware on the lowest 5th of the screen. while a centipede comes from the top of the screen and attempts to run you over wile spiders sometimes come from the bottom of the screen and also attempt to run you over. when you shoot the centipede it turns into mushrooms.

Gameplay

you play as a gun that can move but can only on the bottom fifth of the screen while a centipede that starts on the top of the screen works its way down. as the player you have to shot it before it runs you over. when you shoot the centipede part of the body you hit becomes a mushroom and the two sides of the body become two separate smaller centipedes that move faster. you get points for killing the centipede, other insects and mushrooms,

Controls

the controls are not vary significant as they use the same ones that other arcade games do track ball to move and a button to shoot

Plot

as far as i can tell there is no designated plot. you are a canon looking thing and you are out to make as many points as posable by living as long as posable and destroying as many bugs as you possibly can before you die. in this way it is kind of like a miniature version of Cuthulu

Visual

there are the four characters listed above and purple mushrooms

the characters are move around and try to run you over when you shoot them they become a purple mushroom that you can then shoot and get more points. the entire game is 2d.

Sound

there are three sounds when you shoot a mushroom it makes boink sound

when you hit a the centipede or one of the there two bugs it makes a balloon popping sound

then when you die it makes an eight bit synthesizer engine revving sound
