Jonathan Blow is an independent game designer. He's a programmer and designer for many other types of projects, but his claim to fame was being the designer of the highly acclaimed puzzle game, Braid, which won the Game Design award at the Independent Games Festival in 2006.
Before becoming a programmer/designer/developer, he used to write a column in Game Developer Magazine called the Inner Product, which is a monthly column that focuses on game engine exploration. Jonathan can also be found each year in March at Game Developers Conference hosting the Experimental Games Workshop. He's also participates in the Indie Game Jam.
Braid is Jonathans only major video game production. It's a two dimensional side scroller puzzle game that follows the story of Tim as he tries to recover his lost love.
