Rise of Liberalism 

Liberalism as a whole was a massive movement in Europe and America, but it took characteristics shape in England.  In other European Countries, it was part of academics. In France, it was far, social class philosophy and critical in function.  Political liberalism arose as a protest against tyranny and Marxists taken it as a class struggle.

  It provides the principles for an orderly and peaceful transition. It wants complete freedom from the industry. Middle class and working class were cautious about their protection against the hazards of industry. The liberalism is divided into two category, one is known as classical and other is welfare. Liberalism presented itself as philosophy during the 19th century in all over England and it was national philosophy and national policy. In its initial phase, liberalism presented itself as a philosophy of the rising middle class but in later stage, it developed into a philosophy of a national community whose ideal was to protect and conserve the interest of all classes. Classical liberalism was the product of the revolutionary era which opposes monarchical and feudal aristocracy.  In welfare liberalism, reality and value of social and community interest were main feature.  Now, the liberalism is integral part of modern society.
