Course Description
This is an excellent course for students considering training and working in the Hospitality Industry, as well as sensible basic life skills.. This course has a practical focus and is aimed at enabling students with a genuine interest in working in a kitchen or front of house to gain industry qualifications. Some catering experience will also occur.
Topics covered: Food Safety • Barista and Coffee preparation and service • Food Preparation • Front of House and service

None but the numbers are limited due to the practical nature of the course.
Assessment
This course is all unit standards with theory. All assessments are internal, both theory and practical tasks and are monitored by Service IQ.
