On this page we continue to look at YOU, but we are moving away from the inherent characteristics which you carry around with you and start to look at how you choose - or can choose - to behave. Consider all these aspects, which will affect your approach to time-management and how you avoid stress.

Two closely linked concepts are Mindfulness - click here to read more - and Clear-headedness - click here to read more; both of which aim to reduce the clutter in your thinking and allow you to focus on what is important NOW.

So finally we come to what is possibly the most important self-awareness technique: that of Mindset (or Role). As we have mentioned, human beings are wonderfully flexible creatures, and we are rarely limited by our personalities or preferences. Even if we are introverts, we can interact socially, even if we have a limited attention span we can handle long lectures, and so on.
