Many of the things-to-do which appear on your Ticklist will inevitably involve your lessons. They will be things you need to include in your routines, information you need to pass to your students, or things that you need to do as part of your teaching. In these cases, you should explicitly add them to your Lesson Scripts.
Other activities will involve School Events which are already on your Yearly or Weekly Plans, because they were known about at the start of the year. In this case, you should simply incorporate the new work with the work which is already scheduled.
