The Deputy Head has asked you - at short notice - to teach a 'spontaneous' lesson. Regrettably, you cannot refuse. Listed below are possible difficulties you might experience. Which do you most agree with? Or least disagree with?

A) I might not be comfortable unless the lesson was well-planned, well-structured and well-controlled

B) I might allow too much student participation and fail to track progress during the lesson
