We explicitly do not provide details of 'how to deal with burnout' because it really requires the personal intervention of a medical professional, who can consider alternative diagnoses for the symptoms. However, in general, dealing with burnout  will involve the Three Rs:

Recognize – Watching for the early signs of burnout, and preventing them from developing further.

Reverse – Undoing the damage by managing stress and seeking support

Resilience – Build your resilience to stress by taking care of your physical and emotional health
