To carry out TM4T, all you need an A4 notebook and a trusted pen - well, in fact, two trusted pens.
That is all you need for time-management, but of course for your other non-contact work, you will need a bit more. The start of a new school year is when you figure out exactly what you need. As far as possible, this is a once a year task.
IT is also vital in TM4T - if you are working in the UK - that you have access to basic office technology. You need a memory stick and access to a PC with basic office software: word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation, e-mail and web-browser; and a printer. You also need some kind of stopwatch, either on your PC, in your pocket or on the Web.
