Good news: an Inset day. Better news: you have complete freedom to catch up with your backlog of PPA work. Bad news: you just have too much work to do, and you are heavily dependent on other people in the school to do their bit too. Listed below are eight problems - which are most likely to apply to you? Or least unlikely?

A) I'm liable to show my impatience if other people hold me up or obstruct me

C) I might be reluctant to move on from one job until it is totally finished, even if something more important needs starting.

E) I could get delayed because it isn't clear exactly what I need to do.

F) I could come up with good new ideas but I don't have time to explain them or put them into action.
