TM4T Using Your System 3.2.5.2 - Meeting Docs

Here's how to produce the three key documents efficiently.

Lay out your notice of meeting like this:

Save it with a name as follows: Meeting-14-09-13-Notice

Then use Save-as to save it again with this name: Meeting-14-09-13-Agenda, and modify it as follows before saving it again.

The only changes needed are (1) change the word 'Notice' to 'Agenda' and (2) The addition of the agenda items. Note that apart from Items 4 & 5 these are globally standard, and can be copied and pasted from any other agenda.

And then, of course, use Save-as to save it again as Meeting-14-09-13-Minutes, and modify it as follows

The only change here is to change the word 'agenda' to 'minutes'. Under each of the agenda item headings

Now, in this example, and in many school meetings, it is perfectly feasible to guess most of the minutes of the meeting beforehand, especially the standard items. Of course, sometimes you will get this wrong and it will have to be changed after the meeting, but....
