TM4T Chronotypes - S Actions

Typically the Sunflower is not-too-clever at the start of the day, but is absolutely fine when they've got 'waking up' out of the way. The Sunflower is therefore likely to benefit from an old-school start to the day: alarm clocks, early morning showers and so on. A brief exercise blitz about half-an-hour after waking is definitely a good idea.

The Sunflower's morning blues are not as severe as those of the Night Jasmine, but it is still prudent for the sensible Sunflower to monitor their diary. If there are any important meetings or appointments before noon, then it's important to make sure that you have an effective wake-up routine beforehand.

The Sunflower's peak is after lunch, so 15:00 to 20:00 is best for any creative work or decision-making.

Routine admin should be done in the morning to keep the rest of the day open for more challenging stuff. Evenings are best for social contact too, but early-to-bed-on-school-nights is a sensible rule for a Sunflower. This is important, as it is relatively easy for a Sunflower to lose their sleep rhythm. A sensible S also sets specific objectives for themselves in the evening - that is, the evening is when the objective-setting is done, the morning is when the tasks are carried out.
