AIX install log

This is a complete AIX 7.1 installation using:

- AIX 7.1 TL2

- Selecting AIX Standard edition

- Disks via VIOS supplied VFC adapters and SAN

- POWER7 hardware featuring 4-way SMT CPU

- LPAR with 1 CPU, 4 virtual cores and 32GB of RAM

- LPAR booted to OpenFirmware 'SMS menu'

- Boot from IBM AIX DVD 1 ISO image loaded into virtual SCSI DVD

The procedure is pretty dull, but at least you have an overview of each step.
