2014-07 Farewell ride in the Millenaris Velodrome

2014-07 disassembly

My actual weight measurements are marked with bold.

What needs to be fixed:

- Rear hub is reported to be making noises randomly, probably bearing issue - bearing is OK, ratchet needed some cleaning - freehub body damage, replaced wheelset

- Right hand shifter hood is damaged

- Bar tape needs to be replaced or cleaned and redone replaced by a Fizik

- Headset lower cone needs cleaning and fitting, it is stuck from old grease done

- The thread in the right cable guide on the downtube seems to be broken - update: the screw is broken in half done/replaced

- Stem may be too long for me replaced by a 120mm +shim

- Chipped paint on the frame needs to be covered/repaired, especially at the dropouts and the head tube

- Chainrings, cassette and chain needs cleaning - in general, everything needs cleaning done

- Brake cables may need to be changed

- Shifter cable needs rerouting or adjustment around headtube

- Weights and geo should be measured done, see Geometry

- New tools for the sprocket and the bottom bracket purchased
