Magellan Pyxis Team

Details of my most used former mountain bike.
History
2001: The frame was purchased as a temporary solution while waiting for my custom Yasec frame.
2003: The Yasec frame was sold and I continued using the Magellan frame with great pleasure until the summer of 2011.
2003: I converted the XTR/XT/LX drivetrain to hub geared setup with a Rohloff Speedhub 500/14 CC.
2003 and 2004: I participated in the Szilvasvarad MTB Marathon with the bike.
2010-06: I did Tour de Pelso/Balaton Marathon on the Pyxis +Rohloff +1.6 MTB wheels
2011-06: the frame was briefly replaced by a HiTec XCR 100 and the fork by a rigid On-One steel fork, adding an Avid BB7 disk brake to the front.
2011-06: I did Tour de Pelso/Balaton Marathon on the HiTec XCR +Rohloff +1.6 MTB wheels
Update #1, autumn 2011: The bike is disassembled now. The first thing to do would be to send the hub back to Rohloff for a disk conversion, but it costs a lot of money.
I still have the frame, the Speedhub and the old Pace fork, and most of the other parts as well lying around. The rims are basically dead (cracked).
Only the latest configuration is listed here.
