The preferences editing screen

The tree list provides project calendar information (not worked days and exceptionally worked days) classified by categories, and work periods also classified by categories.

They are taken in account when you create a new project, and for an existing project, if you do the reinitialization from preferences command.

The calendar information contain:

  • not worked week days,
  • report option for not worked annual days (no report, Sunday, Saturday and Sunday),
  • not worked annual days, if any,
  • not worked ranked days, if any,
  • not worked Easter relative days, if any,
  • not worked dates, if any,
  • not worked ranges, if any,
  • dates worked by exception, if any.

Worked periods contain:

  • ordinary days periods (it must be almost one),
  • periods for a week day, if any,
  • periods for a date, if any.

When a line is selected, action bar commands allow to change corresponding data (following case: date, begin and end time, label, weekdays ...), and to delete line (except for not worked weekdays).

The options menu allows:

  • to add not worked days or ranges,
  • to add exceptionally worked dates,
  • to add worked periods,
  • to reset calendar from one of existing defaults (FR, GB, US, other).
