The export of project results as PDF file

This function allows to create and save a PDF file containing results of a project, or to manage saved PDF files.

When launched for a project, a box is displayed for selecting results to retain, then corresponding file is created, then is displayed the list of result files saved in private memory and in public memory, with as first of list the just created file.

The selection box allows to select :

• items table with begin and end times,
• margins table,
• Gantt diagram,
• dependencies diagram,
• responsibles table,
• workloads table,
• items data detail,
• project date detail,
• character set for PDF file (standard or extended).

When function is launched from welcome screen, list is directly displayed.

By selecting a file, with action bar commands, you can:

• display the PDF file, a PDF viewing application is launched, if found in mobile,
• send the file to another application , the list of applications on your mobile likely to receive the type of file will be displayed, you can select an application and it will be launched with the selected file,
• rename the file,
• delete the file,
• transfer it between public and private external memory.

When the function has been launched from the main screen for the opened project , a "plus" button, at screen bottom, does display again the selection box, and allows to do a new selection and create a new file.
