Editing preferences

Preferences screen includes a title, a button with an OK icon, and the list of preferences.

The list of preferences includes:

• row height for lists
• the names presentation option (family name first, or first names),
• the contact lists sort option, by family name or first names,
• the choice of the type of list displayed at program start up,
• the inclusion or not of prefix in names,
• the inclusion or not of suffix in names,
• put or not put photos in contacts lists,
• selection for custom list.

Icons or buttons allow you to change all of these options.

You can change the line height in the lists between 15 and 75 hundredths of inches. However for lists with photo, this height will be taken into account only if it is sufficiently great for the photo (30 to 50 hundredths of inches following the screen size).

To change the selection of the custom list, a screen will allow you to choose between selection by account and selection by group, and then check selected accounts or groups.

Once you have made the changes, touch the OK icon saves the changes and closes the screen and in case of return, you will be asked to confirm the abandonment of the changes, if any actual changes.
