Task, Group or event editing screen

In the case of a task, the tree list provides:

  • the task name,
  • indication and essential or ancillary character, and the task duration in worked days,
  • the task begin date with indication when fixed,
  • the task end date with indication when fixed,
  • the group name, if the task is member of a group,
  • the realization ratio and the workload, when they have been filled,
  • margins when task is essential,
  • responsible name and task content, when they have been filled,
  • a list of tasks, groups and events linked as predecessors, if any,
  • a list of tasks, groups and events selectable as predecessor to set a link, if any,
  • a list of successors, tasks, groups or events, direct or indirect, with when essential indication of relative margin (rm) and margin to project end (me),
  • the inputs, outputs and comments when they have been filled.

Note that a group member has a zero delay implicit link with its group (it will be a link with group beginning), however you can create an explicit link with its group to define a delay which will have effect only if it is more than zero.

In the case of a group, the tree list provides same information except those are not existing for a group : duration, member of group indication (a group cannot be a member), fixed end indication (no fixed end for groups), realization ratio and workload. More you have a list of members.

In the case of an event, the tree list provides same information except those are not existing for an event: duration, end date, realization ratio and workload.

When you select a line that can be modified or deleted (it starts with a small circle), the action bar commands allow doing authorized changes, deleting line if authorized, or creating new links.

When there is no selected line, the options menu allows then:

  • to add an unfilled information field (responsible, content, inputs, outputs, comments), the text must not be leaved blank to be taken in account,
  • to add the realization ratio field and the workload field, the count must not be leaved to 0 to be taken in account.
