File Selection

This function is launched automatically when you do in another application a file import command and select "Short project planning" in the choice of applications.

A screen display Short project planning files that may be imported into a tree list sorted by categories : project data in private memory, project data in public memory , project results in private memory, project results in public memory.

For a file you can :

• preview it for data, or display it for PDF,
• delete it,
• rename it, for PDF file,
• transfer if between private and public memories,
• select the file that will be transmitted to the calling application , the screen will be closed.
