Using program

Use of the program is organized around screens:

• the selection screen,
• the day displaying screen (this screen is displayed for the current day when the program starts),
• the task or event displaying screen,
• the Gantt chart and the dependencies chart,
• the month and week displaying screen,
• the data content displaying screen,
• the preferences displaying screen,
• the periodic tasks and events displaying screen,
• the settings displaying screen,
  • the saving and the restoring screen,
  • the PDF creation screen,
  • the help and about screens.

At program launch, the edition screen of the day is displayed. You can from this screen asking editing tasks and events of the day, or the editing screen of the corresponding month or week, or go next or preceding day. A back will display the selection screen that allows access to all screens.

Usually, you can modify, using options menu commands, or selecting a line then commands of the actions bar which appears at the timer, and for some operations, overlay panels or special screens will be displayed:

• for all delete operations a panel will be displayed asking for confirmation, and if you do not select OK but you do return, removal will not be made,
• for the creation of tasks or events, or periodics, special screens will be displayed,
• special panels allow to enter or modify texts, times and durations, counts..

The Help screen provides access to this on line help. Hyper-links and navigation buttons allows to navigate in the help. Back button allows also to come back to preceding page, and to exit from help after confirming.
