Preferences editing screen

The tree list provides general information about preferences and general parameters :

  • the preferences name,
  • the edition number and date,
  • preferences content, when it have been filled,
  • project calendar information (not worked days and exceptionally worked days) classified by categories (not worked weekdays, not worked annual days...).

They are taken in account when you create a new project, and for an existing project, if you do the reinitialization from preferences command.

When a line is selected, action bar commands allow to change corresponding data (following case: date, begin and end time, label, weekdays ...), and to delete line (except for not worked weekdays).

When no line is selected, the options menu allows:

  • to add an unfilled information field (content), the text must not be leaved blank to be taken in account,
  • to add not worked days or ranges,
  • to add exceptionally worked dates,
  • to reset calendar from one of existing defaults (FR, GB, US, other).
