H101 Hovercraft

Introduction:

I've been wanting to build one of these for a year now. Anyway, I made it a as a sunday project with the kids and had a blast.

Parts:

• Floureon H101 quad
• Foam board and scrap foam packaging, hot glue

Conclusion:

This thing was a blast to drive around. Everyone had lots of fun and the kids were going crazy over it. Super easy to build too. The only time consuming part was to extend the wires for the rear motor so the props can have enough clearance. I didn't follow any plans (as is evident) and just eyeballed everything.

Unfortunately, the fun didn't last for long as one of the wires for the rear motor came off and tore the pad off the board with it rendering the whole thing useless. It took a lot of hits while it worked though and I'm totally going to build another one again.
