Testing out the Tyro 79 on a 3" atom frame

Conclusion

This came to 148g dry.

Update 10/18/19 - I finally got this working but changing the vtx (see Atom-5724). In addition, the FC on this tyro has a very sensitive gyro. Unlike the other one, I had to use the soft mounting hardware on this one so that it is even flyable. I didn't do this at first because I wanted to limit the height of the stack. Ultimately, I had to slip the receiver behind the camera in order to still fit everything in.

Update 10/19/19 - The only good thing about the tyro 79 are the motors. The electronics are total crap. The vtx didn't work, one of the FCs has noise issues and the OSD has issues (smearing out). It does fly ok, amazingly. Not great on 3s, but does well on 4s.
