Mr Ross/Mr Nas - Students were set into their different swimming classes.
Ms Amy/ Mr Jamie- This week, students continued Metcon workouts. Metcon” is a popular term used to describe a workout involving repeated and/or sustained high-intensity exercises, usually involving weight lifting movements, with short rest periods in order to burn fat or create a “conditioning” effect.

Year 10 were given options for the last week of term - Basketball, Football, Volleyball and Wall Climbing.

This week, students were given personalised training programs to meet their goals.
Swimming
Students had a swimming lessons. They were divided into three groups; beginner, intermediate and advance.
Mr Ross: Breast Stroke - Students focused on maintaining a flat streamline body and a powerful leg kick. Through out the week, we developed arm movement, breathing and timing.

Mr Ross - Students played a game of touch rugby to learn the rules and structure of the game.

10M- Students played Football and started with introduction to football game with a basics technique of passing, ball control, run with the ball and juggling skills.
10A- This week the students looked at the basic dribbling technique and started to make and apply decisions to pass a defender.
10T-Students learnt the correct technique how to throw forehand and backhand and the basic rules of frisbee .
10R - Students were introduced to the basic rules of rugby as well as how to pass using the correct technique.

Ms Amy- This week students worked on controlling the hockey ball while moving at speed and completed a number of tasks related to picking the correct pass.
Mr Ross - Tennis- continued to work on the forehand. Introduced the concept of rallying.
Mr. Nasyarul - Students played Field Hockey and developed their passing skills, ball control, dribbling and shooting skills.

Students were given the chance to train for the 5k Road Race.
