TERM 2.2: 08/03/2021 - 12/03/2021
Students learned to say numbers 11-99. We also learned how to play the Soduku, with all numbers in Mandarin. Also we spent time setting up our Mandarin folder. Stickers for all well completed assignments in Term 2 were awarded and students pasted them all in the sticker paper that is in their Mandarin folder.
TERM 1.2
Week 8: We have started online lessons. Students learned the 4 directions in Mandarin ( North-South-East-West), they have also learned to answer questions regarding family members(aunty & uncle) going to work/going to school .
Week 7: Students practiced on identifiying and reading the characters （长短，大小，眼睛，头发, 男女，高矮）. Students have also completed the unit text for unit 1.
Week 6：Only 1 lesson due to Term Break. Students learned to identify and name the adjectives from a short story "Aang wants to be friends with Katara"
Week 5: Students learned to verbally answer questions with 8 descriptive words and body parts learned.
Week 4: Students learned to identify 8 descriptive words and reviewed the body parts to prepare for their writing assignments next week. They have also learned to write the words in correctly.
Week 3: To explain and identify the differences between the words "日&月" and write them correctly. Students also learned to sing a simple Mid-Autumn festival song.
Week 2: Students learn to sing a number poem "山村咏怀"
