Another using a SHADE or TONE
Success Criteria
Apply tint and shades.
Apply a range of colour using tone. (light to dark)
Create a sophisticated range of colours by mixing and blending.

WEEK 2: In this week the objective of the lesson is to understand concept of colour theory, learn the concept of colour schemes, value and learn how to effectively use the colour wheel.
WEEK 1: In this week, teacher discussed with them about the IPC topic, Art Focus and Expectations in Art class. Teacher showed them a few rules that they must follow while they are having art class.
Expectations:
Most children will be able to: Explore ideas about dreams, collect visual and other information from different viewpoints : investigate a variety of methods and techniques, using shape, tone and texture in drawing, compare ideas, methods, approaches used in their own and others’ work: modify and improve their work to realise their own intentions.
Some children will not have made so much progress. They will able to: Use different methods and techniques to explore their ideas and communicate experiences: identify differences in their own and others’ work: adapt their own work, according to its purpose.
Some children will have progressed further. They will be able to: explore a range of ideas using tone, shape and texture seen in the built environment: use sketchbook /process journal and select relevant visual information for their work: extend their ideas, compare the ideas, methods and approaches used in their own and others’ work: modify their work to reflect their own view of its purpose and meaning.
